Italian Restaurant “L’Opera”
Jalan Bukit Bintang 

Thanks to its strategic location, right in the heart of the bustling Jalan Bukit Bintang, this place is hardly ever empty. With its wooden ceilings, cream painted walls, and comfortable furniture, the interior gives off an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The air smells of freshly baked bread and pizza, and rays of sunlight shine through the tall windows. Customers can also enjoy their meals outside on the terrace called The Island, which faces the busy Bintang Walk. We definitely trying the house specialties: salmon rolls with mascarpone cheese (rolli di salmon al mascarpone), baked chicken slices marinated in saffron and herbs (pollo allozafferano), agnolotti with pumpkin, honey and walnut, and Fiorentina pizza with chicken, spinach, eggs and Mozarella cheese.

Step into the world of tranquility and wisdom of the East as you watch talented chefs cook exquisite dishes of Japanese cuisine that are wonderfully matched with the wide range of wine in the menu. Restaurant of Arabic and Lebanese Cuisine “Tarbush”

Located on the Feast Village level of Starhill Gallery, “Tarbush” gives off an authentic Middle Eastern environment. Don’t be misled by the high class ambience of this place - the menu prices are rather reasonable. We highly recommend trying the following dishes: grilled prawns, mixed grill – lamb, chicken and beef skewers, briyani lamb, and an Arabic salad made of fresh vegetables with a lemon dressing. Try the Ice Blended Mango, a delicious and refreshing beverage made from fresh mangos blended with ice.  

Location: Shopping Complex Bangsar Village II 

The owner of this place has her own brand for plus-size women’s apparel. She seems to be a big eater herself as she sent her son to become a chef and then opened this chain of restaurants together with him. Its simple interior filled with light tones gives a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. What makes an excellent lunch? Perhaps spaghetti with a freshly made pesto sauce and homemade lemonade? So refreshing, tasty, filling and delicious! The menu offers a big choice of salads, pasta, main dishes, Asian delights and of course, desserts. Don’t miss out on the dessert – their signature Classic Chocolate Cake served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream is simply irresistible. There are two other branches, located in Mid Valley Megamall One Utama shopping complexes.
